CIPS Ltd's Rental Property Services include a no obligations 3 Months free trial to all our new rental property clients. There are no strings attached and use of all the features are included.

Rental property owners or agents may list their property for a period of 3 months totally free without any obligations whatsoever. After this time you may choose to extend your listing for a period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months to continue using our service.

Owners or agents listing multiple rental properties on our 3 month free trial basis may choose to extend any amount of properties for a periods of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

After a 3 month free trial period has expired, your listing(s) will remain on our system (disabled) for a further period of 9 months and will not be visible to viewers on any CIPS Ltd web sites. You may at any time during this 9 month period renew your listing(s) choosing one of the rental periods.

Incentives

1. CIPS Ltd also offers a 3 month extension to a users property listing for each new client they refer to us. That's a years free advertising for every 4 new clients introduced. 2. In the unlikely event you do not receive at least 5 booking enquiries in your first 12 months we will credit your account with a further 12 months for free. Just a couple of bookings a year will more than likely cover our incredibly low fees. Further details can be found here.

Unbeatable value & superior advertising for less than £1.54 a week (22p a day) single properties
and from 0.50p a week (7p a day) multiple properties.

Basic Rental Listing Fees (after 3 months free trial).

• Single property: 1 month/£15. -  3 months/£30. -  6 months/£50. - 12 months/£80.
• Multiple properties:  1st/£80. -  2nd/£40. -  3rd and subsequent properties/£20 (up to 10).
• Long-Term Rentals (rental periods over 1 month) prices as single property above - no extra fee. 

Holiday rental property may be placed on both long and short term rental at the same time at no extra charge.

Upgrades/Promotions

In addition to a basic listings, account holder may upgrade/self promote individual rental properties by making it "Featured" or placing it on "Special Offer".
